When Dakota talked her grandparents, David & Elaine into moving to rural Arkansas, they found their quiet, one-story home at Cozy Country Estates. But it was the Cozy Country Estates team that made it feel like community: “Grace & Melody are so kind.”

The  family chose a floorplan which has since became "The Master Model" which is one of the most popular Cozy Country floorplans today!

 Today was a big day for us! This morning we closed on our first, brand new, home!! It has been a long process since we first met with Dale last year about building our Cozy Country Estates ‘Cozy Cabin’. Dale and his entire team have been nothing short of amazing to work with!! They were always true to their word on every single little thing, they were so patient with us as we were new to the whole process and had lots and lots of questions! They were such a blessing and joy to work with! We can’t thank them enough for all their hard work  

We moved into a Cozy Country home 4 months ago. The area is beautiful and safe. This is an excellent place to settle down and have peace of mind. The neighbors so far are very nice and I feel like we will help each other, as the need arises. The builders are helpful and friendly. The pastures have lots of potential for livestock. We raise a couple dairy goats and chickens and they will be a great addition to the country landscape. The sunrises and sunsets are more than amazing here, very beautiful indeed. My sons have attracted many species of birds in their bird sanctuary area, so bird watching is on the list of beauty here as well. With the addition of flower beds and landscaping, these homes will be hard to beat. The electric and water are very reasonable, and you will get a discount on trash, if you use Ash Flat Water, using the water /trash combo they offer. The homes are insulated well, helping a lot on the power bill.

Tony &  Laura  found their dream retirement home at Cozy Country Estates — complete with acreage, move-in ready charm, and a team that delivers topsoil by the truckload. 

We accidentally came upon Cozy Country Estates and it was exactly what we were searching for. After calling their number and talking with Dale and the rest of the team we were sure this was the way we wanted to go. They were so kind in explaining everything to us helping us make decisions. We live in Oregon and making the decision to move to Arkansas was not easy but with help we know we made the right decision to have them provide land and build. We are excited to soon be Arkansas residents.

We would like to express our appreciation for the tour that Ben and Grace provided this past weekend. They both addressed our questions and concerns. I couldn't imagine better ambassadors for Cozy Country. Annette was delighted with the floors and I thought they looked great also. We are happy with the way everything looks, the fixtures, etc. It is exciting to see that we have neighbors moving in.

I know there's still work to be done and we appreciate everyone's efforts to make this venture as easy as possible for us.

Cozy Country is truly genuine. They will work with you but not push you. It was this that made our minds up to get a new house in the Ash Flat development. Thanks guys, looking forward to the move. 

Cozy Country made coming back to AR feel like home! Every member of the CC team has been wonderful to work with and we are happy to call them friends!

You and your family have made this process way more enjoyable and easier than we anticipated. 

Dale, I am moved in my new house and I wanted to tell you, I really appricate the work done by you and your family. The workmanship was excellent. This was my 4th new house and though it is smaller the quality was excellent. Ben and the others did a very good job.
